Membership Meeting – January 21, 2024
The meeting will be held at the Bay Street Outfitters, 825 Bay Street, Beaufort, SC between 6 PM and 8 PM. The agenda includes a social hour with refreshments and food, followed by our speakers. This month we are fortunate to have the Port Royal Sound Foundation’s Jody Heyward, Executive Director, and Chris Kehrer, Science Program Manager present “The Port Royal Sound, An Ecological Wonder”.
The Port Royal Sound Foundation is a 501-c non-profit organization with a mission to conserve the Port Royal Sound for the environmental, cultural, and economic well-being of our area. They do so through education, research, and conservation initiatives. Come learn why this area is so special and how you can help protect this natural resource that we all hold close to our hearts.
Plan on attending! Membership meetings are a great place to learn about your fishery and to mix with your fellow club members. Guests are welcome!
